Product and price
The product is the selected WardenGuard license and online management service. Plan, server limit, period and total TRY payment are displayed before checkout. Monthly/yearly pricing buys that period once; cards are not charged automatically. Renewal requires another payment. No physical shipping is involved.
Payment and delivery
Payment is made on Shopier. After verifying paid order, product, amount and currency through the provider API, the license is assigned to the account that created the payment link. Delivery can be delayed by provider connectivity; check Orders/Licenses or contact support. Assigning a license does not substitute for installation consent.
Installation, refund and records
An uninstalled purchase has the 14-day refund policy. Starting performance early needs separate express consent. Installation ends the voluntary guarantee subject to applicable statutory exceptions and rights for defective services. Acceptance time, policy version and plan/price snapshot are recorded. Contact support@wardenguard.pro or the support portal for mistakes. Mandatory consumer rights and legal dispute channels remain available.
