Controller and collection
The controller is Berkin Yılmaz, an individual, at https://wardenguard.pro / support@wardenguard.pro. Data is collected electronically through account forms, preferences, support/email, Shopier APIs/webhooks, license checks and server plugin API/WebSocket messages. Categories include identity/contact, account/security, order/license, server/player technical records and submitted support content. The privacy notice explains actual fields and retention.
Purposes and legal grounds
Account, purchase, licensing and support processing is assessed under contract necessity (KVKK 5/2-c); establishing/exercising/protecting rights under 5/2-e; proportionate security, fraud prevention and fault detection under legitimate interests in 5/2-f. Actual legal duties, where applicable, are assessed under 5/2-ç. Reading this notice does not constitute blanket consent. Server operators have their own obligations regarding players.
Recipients and international transfers
Necessary data may go to hosting/Supabase, Cloudflare, Shopier, Resend, optional Google/avatar services and the AI provider used. Lawful competent-authority requests are handled as applicable. Some providers operate abroad. A valid mechanism under KVKK article 9 must be established separately; this notice does not assert that a standard contract has been signed or authorize transfers by itself.
Rights
Subject to KVKK article 11, you may request information about processing, purposes and recipients, correction, qualifying deletion/destruction, notification to recipients, objection to adverse results based solely on automated analysis, and compensation for unlawful processing. Apply to support@wardenguard.pro. Requests are answered within 30 days after proportionate identity verification.
