Account, payment and support data
We process name/alias, email, password hash, optional Google identity/avatar, locale/timezone, sessions and two-factor records. Orders store identifiers, plan, period, amount, currency, payment/license status and consent timestamps. Card numbers, CVCs and card passwords do not enter this application; payment takes place on Shopier. Its API may return buyer/shipping details in memory; the application does not copy the entire response into the permanent order. Support stores messages, replies, linked order and email identifiers; attachments are not downloaded into the portal. Staff notes are not sent to customers. Transactional emails do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Game and security data
Connected servers may supply name, address/IP, platform/version, player names/UUIDs, gameplay and violation evidence, checks, punishments, online status and performance measurements. License verification and security records can contain IP, browser/device information and timestamps. Server operators must inform their own players about processing.
Providers and international processing
Hosting/VPS, Supabase, Cloudflare/Turnstile, Shopier and Resend receive data necessary to provide their services. Optional Google sign-in, mc-heads.net player avatars and AI features can connect to their providers. Bekçi may send relevant gameplay/violation context and prompts to the configured AI provider, such as DeepSeek. Processing may occur outside Türkiye. This notice is not consent or an international transfer contract.
Actual retention
Check/violation and server samples are cleaned after 7/30/90/365 days according to plan; console records after 24 hours, notifications after 30 days, closed support tickets after 180 days, expired account-link records after 7 days. Account, order, license, punishment and audit records currently have no general automatic deletion schedule. Deletion requests are reviewed against necessity, legal duties and dispute needs. Backups are separate and deletion propagates according to backup rotation.
