Do I need to open a port on my server?

No. The plugin opens an encrypted outbound WebSocket connection to WardenGuard. No firewall changes are required.

What is the false-positive rate?

Checks use ping and TPS compensation, buffers and decay. Track the false-positive rate per check in the panel and revoke wrong punishments in one click.

I run a Bungee/Velocity network, how does it work?

Install the plugin on each backend with its own key and add the proxy too. Server groups let you watch the whole network on one screen.

How long is data kept?

30 days on Pro, 90 days on Plus, 365 days on Business. You can lower retention below the plan limit; expired data is deleted automatically.

Does it work without the panel?

Yes. If the panel connection drops, the plugin keeps detecting and punishing; critical events are queued on disk and sent when it reconnects.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

No. You prepay through Shopier and no card data is stored. Buying again before the period ends adds the remaining time to the new period.

Which languages do the panel and plugin support?

Turkish, English, Spanish and German. The panel language is set per user; change the server's default language from the panel, and players pick their own with /wac lang.

Is the plugin open source?

No. Warden Engine is written from scratch and is closed-source, proprietary software. Every customer downloads a personal jar bound to their licence; licences are verified with signatures and shared jars do not work.
